Judy is a Chartered Psychologist and a Director of Criterion Partnership. Following a successful career in banking, Judy retrained as a psychologist, working at two London-based consultancies before joining Criterion Partnership in 1998.
Judy has worked with a variety of clients drawn from both public and private sector in the areas of assessment and development and have included: Morgan Stanley, Ford Motor Company, Specsavers, Zurich Financial Services, the BMA, BNFL Magnox, Alliance Boots, the Environment Agency and the MOD.
Judy particularly enjoys building strong relationships with clients and sees helping them to have some fun along the way as vitally important to her role.
Judy is also the co-author of a number of self-development materials published by Criterion Partnership, including the True Colours portfolio.
Judy’s main interests are in, helping people understand and grow their skills, particularly in the area of leadership. She strongly believes that people from all levels within organisations have the potential to develop leadership skills. Her passion is to help individuals build their self-confidence in order to stretch themselves to reach that potential.
When not immersed in the world of work she enjoys tramping the Sussex Downs, eating nice food and drinking the odd glass of nice wine.
